“Unreinforced Series” features balanced mechanical strength, excellent impact resistance, and chemical stability. Its molecular structure grants the material high crystallinity, outstanding wear resistance, as well as exceptional oil and solvent resistance. It maintains stable physical properties even under high-temperature and high-humidity environments.
Ideal for scenarios requiring high wear resistance, chemical resistance, or toughness, such as industrial gears, bearings, automotive fuel system components, kitchenware, keycaps, and toys. Particularly suitable for plastic gears to reduce noise.

Series
The “Reinforced Series”, enhanced with glass fiber (GF), carbon fiber (CF), or mineral fillers, significantly improves rigidity, heat resistance, and creep resistance, and creep resistance. For example, a 30% glass fiber-reinforced grade achieves a tensile strength of over 180 MPa and a heat deflection temperature (HDT) exceeding 210°C, while maintaining low moisture absorption.
Ideal for load-bearing applications that require dimensional and physical stability. It is particularly well-suited for structural components exposed to water or demanding chemical environments, such as automotive thermal management parts (water valves, flow plates, pipe connectors), floor scrubber components, industrial robot end tools, and high-temperature-resistant electrical connectors.

The Low Warpage Series, by optimizing molecular chain arrangement and incorporating mineral reinforcements, significantly reduces molding shrinkage, enhances dimensional stability, and minimizes warpage in thin-walled or complex-structured parts, while maintaining a high surface finish.
Ideal for components requiring high dimensional accuracy, such as motor housings, gearbox casings, and medical device enclosures.

Retardant Series
The Halogen-Free Flame-Retardant Series, by incorporating environmentally friendly halogen-free flame retardants, significantly enhances flame retardancy while maintaining the original mechanical properties of POK. It meets UL94 V-0 certification and features low smoke and non-toxic combustion, complying with RoHS and environmental regulations for electronic and electrical products.
Primarily used in the electronics and electrical sectors, including charger housings, battery brackets, circuit board insulation components, as well as high-voltage components for new energy vehicles and interior parts for rail transit, where stringent safety and environmental standards are required.

Ideal for high-friction, high-frequency contact components such as conveyor pulleys, automation machinery guide rails, ski bindings, and precision instrument transmission parts. It is particularly well-suited for applications requiring long-term maintenance-free operation.
