PK (Polyketone) is a linear semi-crystalline thermoplastic engineering plastic produced through the alternating copolymerization of carbon monoxide, ethylene, and propylene. Its high degree of crystallinity and tightly packed molecular structure give PK excellent properties, including impact resistance, chemical resistance, hydrolysis resistance, dimensional stability, low VOC emissions, and high barrier performance, providing broad application potential across a wide range of industries.
WDF’s INNOKETONE® Polyketone Materials are developed to address requirements such as wear resistance and noise reduction, low warpage, flame retardancy, high modulus, low-temperature toughness, and dimensional stability. At the exhibition, WDF will showcase applications of modified PK materials in robotic moving components, precision structural components, and functional components for smart devices.
INNOKETONE® is WDF’s modified PK material brand, dedicated to providing customers with high-performance modified PK resins. The brand name combines “Inno” (Innovation) and “Ketone,” representing WDF’s technical capabilities in the R&D, modification, and application development of polyketone materials.
2、Customized Functional Materials (Pillar)
Addressing the differentiated requirements of different application scenarios for material performance, reliability, and processing compatibility, WDF provides customized solutions covering material selection, formulation development, performance optimization, and mass production introduction.
