(hereinafter referred to as \u201cWDF\u201d) for an exchange visit and discussion on university-enterprise cooperation. WDF General Manager Tao Ma and relevant department managers attended the exchange meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sitedemo02.honeitech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-213.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1560\" style=\"width:726px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WDF General Manager Tao Ma, on behalf of the company, warmly welcomed Deputy Dean Wang Qian and the visiting team from the School of Materials Engineering. He introduced WDF\u2019s development history, market positioning, key business areas, sustainable development strategy, customer service, and talent requirements. Subsequently, managers from relevant departments shared the company\u2019s business characteristics, latest research achievements, and technological innovations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sitedemo02.honeitech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-214.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1561\" style=\"width:715px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both sides conducted in-depth discussions on strategic topics including technological innovation, talent development, and industry-academia-research cooperation. WDF hopes to leverage the advantages of university-enterprise cooperation, combine the professional strengths of Changzhou Institute of industry Technology, carry out talent cultivation and collaborative project research and development, and jointly promote the high-quality development of the new materials industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/sitedemo02.honeitech.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-215.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1562\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.693838661867457;width:716px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During the visit, Deputy Dean Wang Qian and his delegation toured WDF\u2019s office area, POK modified material production base, and R&amp;D center. They gained an understanding of the company\u2019s production processes, technological research and development, and management model. They also conducted in-depth discussions with WDF\u2019s technical and production personnel on relevant technical issues and practical technical requirements.
