Job Responsibilities
Be responsible for customer account reconciliation, invoicing, and entering receipt vouchers and accounts receivable invoices into the SAP system.
Be responsible for sales revenue recognition, accounts receivable reconciliation, and accounting entries in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
Regularly reconcile customer orders, shipments, and payments with the Sales Department to ensure consistency between accounts and records.
Monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and cooperate with the Sales Department to reduce bad debt risks.
Calculate sales revenue and payment collections for customers with credit terms, analyze customer credit status, and participate in formulating and adjusting credit policies.
Prepare sales-related financial reports (such as sales revenue reports and payment collection analysis reports) to provide decision-making support for management.
Identify abnormal sales data (such as significant price fluctuations) and propose improvement suggestions.
Coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, and Tax departments to handle account reconciliation, invoicing, logistics expense settlement, invoice quota applications, and related matters.
Assist with internal and external audits by providing sales-related financial data and explanations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (full-time) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related majors, with a Junior Accounting Certificate or above.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales Accounting or Accounts Receivable Accounting is preferred.
Familiar with customer credit management, account reconciliation, aging analysis, and collection; understand the company’s sales process (order–shipment–invoice–payment collection).
Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and related regulations.
Solid accounting and financial analysis skills.
Proficient in ERP systems (such as SAP, UFIDA, Kingdee, etc.) and Microsoft Office software, including Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.), Word, and PowerPoint.
Good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, responsible, strong learning ability, sensitive to data, risk awareness, and able to work under pressure.

Familiar with the IATF 16949 quality management system and its core application requirements in product design and development (APQP) and mass production.
Familiar with the principles and result interpretation of key analytical testing methods (DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM, XRF, etc.).
Understand the influence of injection molding parameters on product appearance, dimensions, internal stress, and final performance, and be proficient in twin-screw extrusion compounding processes.
Strong capability in literature review and patent research and analysis.
