SGS awarded WDF the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Certification and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certification.

On December 16, 2025, Suzhou Worldful New Material Technology Co., Ltd. officially obtained the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System Certification and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System Certification certificates issued by SGS, an internationally recognized certification organization.
The acquisition of these two system certifications marks that WDF has established a compliance management framework aligned with international standards, laying a solid governance foundation for the company’s stable operation and long-term sustainable development.

ISO 37301 is an internationally recognized compliance management system standard that focuses on the systematic management of laws and regulations, industry standards, and other compliance obligations within an organization. It aims to help enterprises establish a standardized and sustainable compliance management framework. ISO 37001 focuses on anti-bribery management. Through the coordination of systems, processes, and control mechanisms, it helps organizations effectively prevent, identify, and respond to bribery and corruption risks. The coordinated operation of these two systems provides important support for WDF to maintain standardized operations and controllable risks in a complex regulatory environment.
The certification project was officially launched in June this year. Under the guidance and audit of the SGS professional team, WDF systematically reviewed and improved its existing management processes around key elements including compliance governance structure, management systems, risk identification and control, operational mechanisms, and continuous improvement. Through cross-departmental collaboration, the company further clarified the allocation of compliance management responsibilities and promoted the effective implementation of compliance requirements across key business areas involving all employees (including directors, senior executives, full-time and temporary employees), as well as customers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and other third-party partners.
During the construction of the compliance management system, WDF has always adhered to the core principles of “integrity and honesty, fairness and impartiality, respect for laws, responsibility and commitment”. The company has clearly defined the top management’s “zero tolerance” attitude toward violations and improper conduct, and based on this principle, established a compliance governance framework covering the board of directors, management team, business departments, all employees, and related partners. The company has systematically integrated compliance requirements in multiple areas, including anti-commercial bribery and anti-corruption, conflict of interest management, anti-unfair competition, labor and employment compliance, intellectual property protection, information security, and data compliance, into daily operations and decision-making processes. This ensures the coordinated advancement of compliance management and business development.

WDF stated that obtaining the ISO 37301 and ISO 37001 dual system certifications is an important milestone in the company’s compliance management development and also represents a new starting point. In the future, the company will continue to promote the operation and optimization of its compliance system, continuously enhance its governance capabilities and risk response capabilities in a complex market environment, and serve customers and work together with partners with a more stable, transparent, and responsible approach.
Together, WDF will continue to promote the high-quality development of the industry.
