To celebrate International Children’s Day, WDF partnered with the Huaqiao Minor Protection Workstation in Kunshan (hereinafter referred to as the “Huaqiao Protection Workstation”) to organize the “Little Wishes” community charity event, delivering Children’s Day gifts, care, and encouragement to children facing challenging circumstances.
As a company committed to sustainable development, WDF has always paid attention to children’s growth and social responsibility. On this Children’s Day, we hoped to share warmth and care with more children through carefully prepared gifts, meaningful companionship, and sincere wishes, adding more joy and positivity to their journey of growth.
Little Wishes, Bringing Dreams Within Reach
Before the event, with the support of the Huaqiao Protection Workstation, WDF collected and organized the children’s “Little Wishes.” Each wish carried a simple yet meaningful expectation from the children: a new schoolbag, a set of favorite stationery, a snack they loved, or a long-awaited toy.
Although these wishes were small, they reflected the innocence, happiness, and hopes of childhood.
Based on the children’s actual needs, WDF carefully prepared and packaged each gift. Team members reviewed every wish list with care, hoping that when the children opened their gifts, they would receive not only a pleasant surprise but also feel the care and encouragement from the community.
On the day of the event, WDF volunteers visited the Huaqiao Protection Workstation and spent a joyful time with the children. Through interactive sharing sessions, conversations, and fun activities, the children received their Children’s Day gifts while creating special memories with WDF volunteers.
For children who were unable to attend due to other arrangements, their gifts were delivered by the Huaqiao Protection Workstation on WDF’s behalf, ensuring that every “Little Wish” reached its recipient as promised.

Sharing Care with Our Employees’ Families
While bringing care to children in the community, WDF also extended the warmth of Children’s Day to employees’ families.

During Children’s Day, the company prepared special gifts for employees’ children, sharing holiday care and appreciation with each family. More than a Children’s Day present, these gifts represented WDF’s support and care as part of the WDF family.
WDF believes that the company’s development relies on the dedication of every employee, while employees’ happiness is strengthened by the support of their families. Caring for employees’ families and creating a warm, people-oriented corporate culture are important parts of WDF’s commitment to human-centered development.
Moving Forward with Responsibility
In 2025, WDF officially joined the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), committing to support and implement the Ten Principles of the Global Compact in the areas of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption. WDF continues to advance its practices and exploration in corporate social responsibility and sustainable development.
Children represent the future of our society. The “Little Wishes” community charity event is not only a reflection of WDF’s commitment to social responsibility, but also an example of how the company continues to put ESG principles into practice.
A gift may be small, but care and kindness can bring warmth and hope. Looking ahead, WDF will continue to uphold the principles of sustainable development, actively fulfill its corporate social responsibilities, support children’s growth, care for employees and their families, and contribute to the communities where we operate through meaningful actions.
Together, we will continue to spread kindness and create a better future.
