Strengthening Compliance Protection and Supporting Business Development: WDF Successfully Completes Labor Compliance Improvement Project

To enhance the standardization of human resource management and risk prevention capabilities, WDF has partnered with a professional law firm since April 2024 to carry out a dedicated labor compliance implementation service project. After one year of in-depth investigation, systematic review, and customized improvements, the project was successfully delivered recently. A dedicated project report meeting was held on July 8, 2025, laying a solid foundation for the company’s lawful and compliant operation of human resource management.

In the development of an enterprise, labor compliance is not only a legal red line but also a management bottom line. With the market expansion and capacity enhancement of Suzhou Worldful New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “WDF”), the demand for personnel across departments has continued to increase. To comprehensively enhance the standardization of human resource management and risk prevention capabilities, WDF has partnered with a professional law firm since April 2024 to carry out a dedicated labor compliance implementation service project. After one year of in-depth investigation, systematic review, and customized improvements, the project was successfully delivered recently. A dedicated project report meeting was held on July 8, 2025, laying a solid foundation for the company’s lawful and compliant operation of human resource management.

Comprehensive Diagnosis and Accurate Assessment

During the project initiation stage, the professional legal team conducted a comprehensive review of WDF’s current labor management practices through management interviews, employee representative surveys, and other approaches. Combined with national and local labor regulations, the team identified potential risk points and ensured that the improvement plan was aligned with the company’s actual needs.

System Upgrade and Form Optimization

Focusing on key modules including recruitment and onboarding, probation periods, employment contracts, employee management during employment and departure, confidentiality, and non-compete restrictions, the project team customized and revised the human resources and administration department’s management systems and supporting forms. This not only established a standardized labor management framework for the company but also provided comprehensive protection for employee rights and interests:

·  Clarifying operational standards for each process to ensure legality and rationality;

·  Refining rights and obligations clauses to protect employees’ rights to information and choice;

·  Optimizing dispute resolution mechanisms to establish fair channels for issue resolution.

Through this “two-way protection” design, the project not only prevents labor disputes at the source but also creates a secure career development platform for employees, truly achieving mutual growth between the company and its employees.

Project Deliverables: Building a Closed Loop from Theory to Practice

“Risk Control Solution Summary Report”: Systematically presents the company’s risk profile and response strategies, providing legal support for business decisions.

“Implementation Tool Package”: A collection of standardized documents covering all human resource management scenarios, enabling “quick reference and practical application.”

“Summary of Laws and Regulations”: Compiles commonly used national and local labor-related policies and regulations.

Implementation Guidance and Q&A: Provides on-site guidance and answers to frequently raised questions from the HR department, ensuring that compliance requirements are “easy to understand, easy to learn, and easy to apply.”

For the Company: Reduce labor dispute risks and avoid operational losses and reputation impacts caused by compliance issues.

For Employees: Clarify boundaries of rights and responsibilities, protect legitimate rights and interests, and strengthen organizational trust.

For Management: Improve human resource efficiency, ensuring management practices are “supported by laws and guided by established procedures.”

Compliance is the lifeline of sustainable enterprise development. The successful delivery of this labor compliance project marks the first step WDF has taken toward standardized management. In the future, we will continue to optimize management practices, integrate compliance awareness into daily operations, and make risk prevention a habit, supporting win-win development for both the company and employees.

Combining Principles with Practice

WDF invited professional instructors from SGS to provide international standard training on the ISO 37301 Compliance Management System and ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System for key personnel from various departments from July 9 to July 11, 2025. The training combined compliance management concepts and risk prevention implementation methods with the actual work of employees in different positions. Through practical case exercises, the training ensured that employees could “understand, learn, and apply” the compliance system.
